clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessary kitchen staff, even a BBQ was available. Very peaceful and quiet surrounding and yet Cala Ratjada is at very short distance (some 5 km)

Very quiet and relaxed location - no frills but scenic views, clean, comfortable and stress free. Very friendly and helpful staff who always responded to enquiries (mainly by text). Excellent location close to a resort but also in the countryside.

“Amazing location”
Location is absolutely fantastic if you love peaceful surroundings and quite scenery. The apartment was delightful and the terrace with bbq and sun beds was a great bonus. Very nice swimming pool where to cool down in late afternoon.

Great location, comfortable well equipped studios, lovely welcome, friendly hosts and cats! An easy 20 min walk down to the seafront on quiet country lanes or up into Capdepedra for nice bars and restaurants.

“Just lovely”
Everything was perfect, the neighbourhood is very quiet and close to the nature, the service was super nice changing our towels more than twice. The apartment is very cozy and lovely, could come with air condition though. Lots of cats making our stay even better :)

The studio apartment was very nice inside, fridge, hob, kettle coffee maker etc. Comfy bed Maid service one day while we were there Good location to use as a base Cats visited frequently !

“Lovely quiet location and pretty surroundings”
I loved the setting and the location of Marthas place. And the facilities were great and everything you'd need - spacious room, kitchenette, lovely terrace and pool. The property was in lovely quiet surrounds and the finca feel was lovely. We are walkers and didn't mind the walk into Cala Radjada daily, or Capdepera and the castle area. But if you are not used to walking 20-40 mins at a time to get to a beach or a restaurant I would suggest a car. We took a bus to Arta one day on market day which was great.
