Everything about this property was great. The location, room, amenities, food, staff – I loved every part of it. Their chef, Bakari, makes delicious food and can offer advice on what to see around/ tour guides. Otherwise, Awa is always able to assist with anything you may need. A very wonderful stay in Cap Skirring. Highly recommend!

The location of VilladePecheurs is fantastic—right on the beach, which makes it a really lovely place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need: a proper shower with hot water, working AC, and breakfast included, which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly, but there is definitely a language barrier, and maybe even - a bit of something else. If you don’t speak French, be prepared to take the initiative, as service can feel quite minimal otherwise. For example, at breakfast no one comes to your table, you need to go and ask directly if you’d like something like an omelette. On our last day, we had to check out at 12:00, but our flight wasn’t until 16:40, so we stayed at the restaurant area to work a bit using the Wi-Fi. During that time, no one approached us to ask if we wanted anything to eat or drink. When I eventually asked around 13:30 if we could order an omelette sandwich, I was told it was only available “à midi.” After staying five nights, it felt a bit disappointing that there was no flexibility for such a simple request. 10 mins after this, the staff started to have their own lunch, while we stayed there without having been offered anything. Overall, I would still recommend VilladePecheurs for its beautiful setting and solid amenities. That said, improving attention to guests—especially those who don’t speak French—and adding a bit more flexibility, and proactivity in service would really elevate the experience.

Good quality for price. The rooms are basic and mattrasses thin and hard. The airco temperature cannot be adapted so rather warm at night. The staff is great and super friendly. Breakfast is fine too. We didnt used the pool at the opposite side of the road. Didn't look great.

Location was excellent. Direct access to perfect beach with beach bars and cafes.Room was good- strong WiFi, hot water, spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner were to an excellent standard. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful but special mention to Aisha who manages it all wonderfully

Beautiful spot right on the ocean with very kind staff. Cap Skirring is about twenty minutes (walking) or 5 mins by taxi. The rooms are comfortable with heated showers and air conditioning. Morning breakfast (included) offers a beautiful view over the ocean. Staff are incredibly helpful - arranging taxis, guides, recommending restaurants etc. Can highly recommend.

Fabulous place, such lovely staff, amazing breakfast, so much choice. Beachfront with a lovely terrace, beautiful sea and sunset views, cold beers, cocktails. On a great section of the beach, lovely to be able to swim in the sea and the pool.

The breakfast buffet was super. We had everything we needed. The staff + Gabi the dog were so friendly and made us feel at home. The home cooked food - particularly the desserts were delicious. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The owner is a Frenchman who also speaks some English. a nice man who runs a hotel the European way (think of speed, hygiëne etc.) The room is large and has airconditioning. The beds have excellent matrasses and cushions! This should be a priority in every hotel. Great breakfast. Good options for dinner (with the possibility of having a bottle of wine but expect higher prices of course). The swimming pool is clean and there is a masseur available as well. The beach is accessible via the hotel and there is a closed of section as well. Rent a bike in the city center and cycle along the shore. It's really easy if you stay close to the water! You can find some restaurants in the neighbourhood that are easy to walk to. Or take a taxi to the city center. It takes 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike.
