I had a very positive experience and especially appreciated the flexibility of the hotel throughout my stay. There was a great deal of understanding and adaptability around changing rooms because of noise, which made a real difference to my comfort. The manager was also very generous regarding the price outside the season, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I felt that my needs were met with kindness, flexibility, and a genuine willingness to accommodate me.
