The location of the hotel was good in Cap d'agde town, that was the only good thing about this hotel.

“Budget place in great location”
Friendly staff. Great location by bars and restaurants. Pool is a bonus (but beach is better).

“Soured by the stahl.They need training! We would have stayed longer if they had done their job i.”
Communication was dreadful both from the residence and from booking.Well before arrival we tried to change booking as we were going to be only 2 guests.But we wanted to extend our stay by a day.The phone was never answered and messages totally ignored.We arrived at the property at 11 45 am intending to pay the deposit and leave the two people who would check in at 5 to spend the day on the beach.We could not find the office, until just before 12.We explained the situation to the young man who at first refused to take deposit payment as he was going to lunch.I explained that this would mean a round trip for me of 120 kilomètres to come back at 5 simply to pay deposit.He still refused.I stood my ground and he relented and took payment.This took 20 seconds,no longer.He was rude,arrogant,and lazy.

Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable, everything was available. Pool and Gym were great! Easy check in and check out :)

Room smelled because someone was smoking there before. Also there was no air conditioning and room was in sunny side. After the stay we needed to take off the bed linens and towels and take it downstairs and sort in special baskets. The only good thing was the location.
