-not at the hotel, relocated to another place - ask about the pool but taken to a small pool on the ground floor, not the pool at the rooftop - could not go the the evening hotel facilities - taken to the heliopolis, had to find apt by myself, on the second floor, no lift, had a heavy suitcase. - very uncomfortable sofa bed , room gets very hot, smelly and very dated. -no WiFi -no answer to my messages on wanted to stay at the hotel

Nothing . They did not give room in the hotel . The rent me room outside . Very old . Small .and no ac . And they sent ne sms to tell me cancel the reservation from my side becuse they have no rooms . And after I asked in rooms beside me .was rent weekly 1000 € and they got 2916 € . And they got 140 € city tax .and my reservation was included. Very bad .very bad . Never book this hotel

“Perfectly adequate appartment, close to the beach”

Where we stayed wasn't in the Riad itself, which was a bit of a surprise, we had an apartment very near the beach which was perfectly adequate. We had a small bathroom and kitchenette and the beach was less than a 2 min walk. The team were on hand on the phone and happy to pick you up in a golf buggy if you wanted to visit the Riad i.e. for breakfast. It was very expensive for what it was but that is just very typically for most places in this location. I would happily book again.

This property was central to the cap d’adge vibe. Easy to walk activities and the beach. We loved the Moroccan feel to the property . Plunge pool , hot tub and outside space for each Riad. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast/ brunch was excellent .

the apartment was in an area intended for families, away from the house, the beach and everything. there was no air conditioner (outside on day 36). At check-in, another 70 EUR was added to the amount (should have been a maintenance fee). NOT RECOMMENDED.

Nothing! Horrible! The worst stay ever ! Steal as usual. All inclusive means no lunch, one drink in the evening, cold leftovers at dinner, extremely modest breakfast. I paid 1400 eur for the stay (see invoice) and I rescheduled the stay in another period, the price was 1088 eur per booking and I did not receive a penny back. moreover, they collected 90 euros for the cleaning fee. Although I had a luxury room with a balcony in Riad, they offered me a room in More than 5 minutes' walk in a block, without a balcony and miserable. No bathroom door, just a curtain! Terrible! Avoid!
