We stayed in this apartment in May 2026. The apartment is excellent and very well located, directly across from an area with restaurants and shops and right next to the beach. The host, Jacques, is extremely attentive, friendly, and available whenever needed. He genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything needed for a pleasant stay, from cotton swabs to towels and even beach tents. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are all the other amenities one would expect in a home. Credit goes to Jacques, who takes great care to ensure that his guests feel truly welcome and comfortable. The furniture is not exactly new, but it is not old either. The only negative point is the mattress, which is not comfortable and tends to sag when someone lies on it. It would benefit from being replaced. Other than that, we would gladly stay in this apartment again. Thank you, Jacques.

“first time visit”
Jacques was so friendly and professional, he was really great my wife and I were very happy to meet him and for him to show us the apartment and give some advice and the baest places to get morining coffee etc. This was our first visit to CDA and we enjoyed it. Overall CDA is a little expensive and the whole village is a little caught in the 1990s. While I would be back the apartment in a heart beat I think a different time of year may be better than in September when it was all a little slowing down and getting cooler. Water was still very warm !
