Very good communication right from the start! We arrived very early on the 1st day but they tried their best to get the apartment ready ASAP. Apartment itself was lovely, finished to a very high standard indeed, very comfy bed and great shower! If you have been before you will know they are quite small but this had everything we need and very very clean! A bottle of chilled wine was also waiting for us in the fridge! It's little things like that which make a difference!
