had a truly excellent stay at Impero Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel offers a perfect balance between comfort, quality, and value for money. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, which made the stay extremely pleasant. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows in every detail. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with any request and making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a very good variety of both sweet and savory options. The spa and wellness area is another strong point. It’s a wonderful place to relax, well-equipped and perfect after a day of travel or exploring the nearby lakes and surrounding area. The location is also very convenient, especially for trips between Italy and Switzerland, making it ideal both for short stays and longer visits. Overall, this is a welcoming, comfortable, and well-managed hotel that consistently delivers a high-quality experience. I would happily return.

Staff was very polite and helpful. I loved the spacious room and terrace with garden view. The breakfast offered good choice of sweets and salty. I haven't used the SPA so I can't comment on that. The location was great for me as I had a training in the industrial zone of Stabio and could reach the swiss border by walking for 20 mins.

“Fab love this hotel!”
The second time I have stayed at this hotel, we love the restaurant downstairs, top quality Italian food! I would eat there all the time if we lived there! The spa is also fab! Was too busy busy for our liking on recent visit but it was Valentine’s Day! I love that you can get a cocktail in the spa too! They decorated the bed lovely for that too which was a nice surprise! Thankyou I hope to return again in the future.

Very nice experience living in Impero Hotel Beauty & Spa. Nice food, nice service. What a pity, i'm rush for work and can't try for the famous spa. Hope i can do for next time.

“Comfortable stay for a quiet weekend”
The location of the hotel is probably good for those that use bikes and if you want to use the spa facilities. The location is a bit out of the way but probably Ok if you have a car. The breakfast included was a good selection and the staff attentive and helpful. Room was large, the bed comfortable and included an outdoor balcony which was nice. Also used the spa area which was really good and relaxing - although an added cost.

“Pure relax”
Great place to spend a relaxing time. I highly recommend massage and beauty treatments! Just amazing and extremely relaxing! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast and good food in the hotel restaurant. Hotel room was spacious with a large terrace. It takes about 15 minutes car ride to get to Varese. I can highly recommend this place
