Overview
The Locanda Dei Pini is a restored historic villa, 2 km from the shores of Lake Maggiore in Cannobio. All rooms are en suite and offer views of the garden surrounding the property. Parking is free. “Perfect!”
Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated. The host was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Location was ideal for both car and wallking/hiking. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights with a little kid who enjoyed a lot the garden and the company of the little lady in the house. Luckily they’re around the same age. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😊

“Beautiful Villa with nice 🪴 Garden!!”
The Villa is so beautiful with lovely garden. Breakfast was perfect, homemade cakes and yogurt were so tasty. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Angelo is a very nice host. This place is so quiet, as it is not too close to the center of Cannobio, however it is less than 5min by Car and about 25min by walk. There is a stream and beautiful bridge on the way!! We would definitely come back 😀

“Lovely B&B with beautiful garden and great breakfast”
Very friendly owner, warm welcome. You can easily park the car. It’s a beautiful villa with an even more beautiful garden. The breakfast is great! The location is ~30 minutes walking distance to Lago Maggiore, but there is a nice walking path or you can take the car.

Angelo was a very welcoming host and spent time with us on recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the town. Although a couple of km out of town, there is an excellent summer bus service that runs until late in the evening.

It was exceptional! We enjoyed the wonderful garden and delicious breakfast with homemade cake. The host Angelo is very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Overall great stay, very family friendly!

“Tranquility”
The setting was just gorgeous. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, and love the sounds of birds in the Springtime, this is the most idyllic spot. Your gracious host provides plenty of sitting areas in his beautiful garden to soak it all in and you unwind against the backdrop of the forested nature reserve. Angelo also provides a spendid breakfast, with all you need topped off with home made preserves and special treats freshly baked each day. Loved it!
