A small apartment that is unfurnished and very dirty. Bad smell, linoleum, broken ceiling and window, non-functional drawer sitting on top of dresser, broken shelves, all furniture broken and old. Broken doors, rusty windows, all the old furniture, the 1950s. All the windows opened into an inner courtyard where there were exhaust sources from a kitchen, and the apartment smelled of either food or leftovers. There is no air conditioning, only fans. I do not recommend the apartments that are rented by Hotel Florian. I strongly request the booking customer service to check all the apartments at Hotel Florian and not to recommend them through your booking system.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, who promptly and adequately reacted to our requests. The apartment has been renovated recently and is equipped with all the necessary appliances of top brands. The location is right in the middle of Cannes' luxury shopping area and at easy walking distane from the old harbour and the ancient city center le Suquet. In the immediate neighbourhood there is an abundant choice of places to eat. Make sure to ask local people for tips though so as to avoid tourist traps.
