The apartment is in a great location – just a 10-minute walk from the beach and about 15 minutes from the city centre. The hosts welcomed us in person, took the time to show us around the apartment, and pointed out useful spots in the area. Everything matched the description on Booking perfectly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and all kitchen appliances were in excellent condition. Parking is provided in a nearby garage, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, which was very convenient. A very comfortable and pleasant stay overall!

We had a wondeful stay at this cosy apartment! We were visiting Cannes for the film festival and truly feel we’ve hit the jackpot with this gem. Equipted with all neccessities , it has everything you would need for a short trip or even a longer stay - we stayed for 10 days. It is perfectly located close to the main train station and city center and everything is within walking distance. Our host Frèdèrique was very kind and courteous, making sure we have everything we need. We‘ll be back for sure :) À la prochaine!

The owner is a very nice lady. She came personally to handover the keys to me and explained everything about the apartment nad how things function. She also assisted me when there was a little issue with the heating. She came and resolved it herself. It was just a technical issue and was resolved instantly.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with the beach and city center within walking distance, as well as the main station of Cannes, making it effortless to travel both within Cannes and to other nearby places. We had excellent communication with the hostess; upon arrival, she was there to greet us and show us a convenient parking spot, then escorted us to the apartment, explaining everything we needed to know and offering suggestions on things to do and see in the area. The apartment itself is quite appealing, with a spotless kitchen equipped with all necessities and a bed that is comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep.
