The location was excellent and gave great options to explore Cannes and also the surrounding areas. We were coming off a cruise ship so being able to check in early and walk the short distance to the apartment was amazing

We liked everything. The location is fantastic. It is right beside the old town, close to restaurants, shops and a lovely area of the beach. The apartment was very spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the terrace was wonderful. We met Oksana the manager and she was very helpful. I would love to go back.

The location is great, right in the center. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed linen and towels were perfectly white. Slippers, shampoo, and shower gel were provided in the room. The staff were very attentive — my sincere thanks to Ms. Oksana. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at Résidence Cresci in a two-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Cannes, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were a family of four with two older kids, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable for all of us. The location is perfect — close to every attraction, with a beautiful view that makes you feel part of the vibrant atmosphere of Cannes. Every morning we could easily access the local market and enjoy fresh products. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with shower gel, toiletries, and even coffee, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also requested a late check-out and the hosts kindly allowed us to stay until the afternoon, which was a great bonus. This is truly an excellent place for a holiday in Cannes, and we warmly recommend it!

“Best place in the middle of Cannes”
We loved the place so much! Will come back! It was in the middle of everything: shops, bakeryd, old town, all the beaches. You dont need a car. Everything was super clean and smelled nice. We were once in contact with the manager and they were super nice and helpfull. Also the check in time was at 16.00, but they let us come in at 15.00.

An amazing place in an even more amazing location. A small walk from everything nice in Cannes. The views for the windows were as you would get from a 5* hotel.

“Amazing location, comfortable and stunning.”
Our room was a small room with just a bed and a bathroom, perfect for what we needed for our 5 day trip especially with the kitchenette. The location of this property is absolutely perfect with it being right in the harbour with restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby as well as boat trips to the Lérins islands on the doorstep. The staff were all very friendly and catered to our needs throughout our whole trip. I couldn’t recommend this property enough for an amazing trip to the French Riviera.
