“Cheap and not very cheerful”

The rooms are so small and not that clean. Towels are changed every 10 days. No washing facilities to wash laundry. It is dog friendly which means dog feces everywhere. Reception staff are very unhelpful. No toilets near the pool.

I don’t stay and have an apartment at this place. When I want to check in they have informed me that my confirmation under booking.com didn’t appear in their system. I have to book another place for stay. I want to refund my money. The management also is not very helpful.

“The best for this price”

Excelent view and big balcony. There are enough space for 5 people if you spend time on balcony. Inside is just for sleep. Location si good, hotel is near 2 train stations where you can catch train that will drive you to center of Cannes in 5 minutes, and also near hotel is bus station if you want to fo with bus. Pool and reastaurant are good, wc is good, there is always warm water, also in apartment there is a lot of plates and dishes. Also microwave, toaster, good cooker, fridge and dishwasher. There are 3 beds in one room, and bunk bad in another part of the room, so there is enough space for 5 people if you want to go on a beach, tour a cities, and spend time on balcony enjoying view and drink. Beach is 100m from hotel, you can chose where you want to swim, it is very long beach.

Location, staff and the pool

The room was very small, tiny beds, but mostly cat pee was all over the outside in the hallway and also inside the room. When we told the manager she told us she could not change our room and she had no staff to prepare another room. Very bad stay, we had to rent another hotel…

Did not see a member of staff once. We arrived in the evening to check in to all the doors and gates locked. Luckily another resident staying there explained how to unlock the door with our code ( no instructions for this sent to us) our code never worked to get the keys out but luckily another guest arrived and theirs did . All keys just sitting in a box anyone could take them all once they have opened for themselves which we found very odd. Room wasn’t very clean, beds were pretty shocking. Kitchenware was not washed properly by previous guests and it was obvious cleaners had not checked this. Definitely not suitable for 3 adults so not sure why it was suggested we book that room. Location is super far away from the main centre.

Location is very good. Close to shops, restaurants and a 20 minute scenic walk to the centre. Beach is very close. Pool is nice. Sea view from the balcony was beautiful.

The personnel was kind and helpful. The hotel was very safe and the garage had helped us very much. The view from our room was nice. The room was very well equipped if you wanted to cook. The distance from the city center wasn't too far.
