Overview
These luxury self-catering apartments are located in a Haussmanian building in the centre of Cannes, just 200 metres from La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. They have a modern décor and offer views of the Bay of Cannes. Each stylish air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove where guests can prepare meals. A flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock are provided in the living area. Some apartments also offer a terrace. Each apartment has several en suite bathrooms with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The service from the agency is just outstanding and very professional. It is the best experience for home rental I had in France and the staff is very attentive and courteous. I will definitely recommend this agency to all my friends. The units are very well equipped and modern.

“Highly recommend for a large group visiting Cannes!”

Location was great, the space for our family of 7 was perfect. The facilities and welcome package were great. The LRA staff were very helpful and great to deal with, especially as a last minute booking.

“A perfect stay in Cannes!”
The property was very well laid out and in a great location. Close to all amenities. The team at LRA Cannes, especially Méline was extremely helpful and always easy to reach and extremely quick to respond. I would say that she went beyond the call of duty to help out and advise us whenever we needed anything. She attended to any requests promptly and without hesitation to make our family feel at home. We liked the 1930s elevator that was very charming. Though I preferred the wide winding stairs most of the time. Highly recommended. We will certainly be booking with them again when we return to Cannes.

I was in the 3rd floor of the property for a family reunion. Its right opposite of train station, super market and only a few minutes walk to the beach/shopping areas. Cant expect more. Great host and were in communication all the time. We had great time.

Our family holidays were completely ruined! I will not recommend this place to anyone. It is on the busy intersection of the main roads, next door to the railway station which makes it not safe at all. Beds are not comfortable. We had a party on the upper floor all night, manager didn’t answer to our complains. We were asked to pay 200 euros damage deposit and 138 euros for bedding change before we got the keys, didn’t know about it when booked. I regret we stayed in that place. Will not recommend. We were offered to move to another apartment which was not far away and to our surprise didn’t have hot water for two days! It was terrible!

The host contacted us before our arrival and we agreed time to meet at the property to get the key code. The host was very helpful and polite. The property is centrally located just few steps away from shops, train station, close to the beach and major tourist attractions. Very clean apartment, spacious, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.
