“Nightmare Rental Experience: Avoid at All Costs”

I recently had the misfortune of renting an apartment that turned out to be the epitome of a tenant's worst nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot inside, it was clear that this rental was not going to live up to any reasonable standard of living. First and foremost, the apartment was in a state of utter disrepair. The walls were stained, the carpet was threadbare and stained with mysterious substances, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. It was evident that no effort had been made to properly maintain or clean the property before my arrival. But the physical state of the apartment was only the beginning of my troubles. The landlord was virtually unreachable and indifferent to any concerns I raised. Numerous attempts to contact them about the various issues with the apartment went unanswered, leaving me feeling completely ignored and frustrated. To make matters worse, the neighbors were intolerable. Loud parties and disturbances were a regular occurrence, making it impossible to enjoy any semblance of peace or quiet in my own home. It felt like living in a frat house rather than a residential building. And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I discovered that the apartment had serious safety hazards. Faulty wiring, leaky pipes, and broken locks were just a few of the dangerous issues that posed a threat to my well-being. In conclusion, renting this apartment was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. From the deplorable condition of the property to the apathetic landlord and disruptive neighbors, every aspect of the experience was a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting this apartment to steer clear and look elsewhere for a place to live. It's simply not worth the headache and misery.

“Fantastic - I'm booking for next year!”

A lovely and clean apartment, located less than 5 minutes from the Palais des Fetstivals. Despite very central location, the apartment is tucked away in the back-house of a residential block so that there is surprisingly little noise allowing for restful sleep. Marble floors, large TV with Netflix/Prime/etc, comfortable king-size bed, ample kitchenette, fast internet...and a GIGANTIC jacuzzi in the middle of the apartment make for a lovely stay. My host Marie was helpful and responsive, keys easy to get: I highly recommend this place.
