Overview
Hôtel de Provence is located in central Cannes and has a pretty garden and patio. It offers air-conditioned en suite guest rooms, each with satellite TV and Wi-Fi access. Everything about the stay was nice. The welcoming receptionist as well as the pleasant surprise of the studio which is very close by the hotel (50m). Clean, practical, comfortable. The gentleman at the reception when I checked out was extremely attentive and courteous. Honestly a flawless experience

We had an amazing stay at Hôtel de Provence. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the drinks served around 7pm. The location was perfect — just off the main strip in Cannes, very safe, and within easy walking distance to everything. The parking was also very convenient and close by. We booked the penthouse apartment and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, open, and airy with beautiful views over the city and even a glimpse of the sea. The outdoor benches and terrace area made it a fantastic place to relax, and overall we were extremely satisfied with the experience. We will most certainly return.

I usually stay in 4 or 5 star-hotels to avoid unpleasant experiences. We have chosen this hotel for the address and because it offered a roof-top room. We were not disappointed! It was one of the best holidays on the French Riviera !

We both loved this wonderful French hotel with its welcoming and friendly staff, tasteful decorations and comfortable rooms. The rooms were designed in a very nice way, with lots of small wonderful details. We also very much appreciated the high quality products in the bathroom and the glass of wine from the hotel family's own vineyard that was offered every night in the reception at 9 pm. There was also a possibility to sit outside the hotel, on a lovely little terrace, surrounded by palm trees.

“Fantastic”
Hotel de Provence was perfect in every way. It has beautiful exteriors and a nice outdoor seating area. The room was immaculately clean and had everything you could need, including a very comfortable bed. The sun is on the balcony all morning and for most of the afternoon. Excellent value. Location under a ten minute walk from both the station and the sea. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and I felt genuinely cared for and welcome. I would recommend to anybody staying in Cannes.
