Eden Hotel & Spa is located in the heart of Cannes on rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street and is only 150 metres from the famous La Croisette beaches. It offers access to the spa including an indoor heated pool, Turkish bath, sauna, ice crushed fountain and fitness area. This modern hotel features bright guest rooms with a unique design, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi access. The Afro-modern restaurant, Akwaba, serves a range of contemporary and healthy dishes. A daily buffet breakfast is served in the dining room. The fireside bar is open every night and has a range of cocktails. From May to October, guests at the Eden Hotel & Spa also have access to an outdoor swimming pool, and the panoramic rooftop sun terrace at the hotel for an additional charge. “Great”
Good value for money. Good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good service. The check-in and check-out process was quite easy. Access to the hotel was great with a lot of shops and restaurants around.

“Surprisingly large hotel, with a nice indoor swimming pool, a hearty breakfast, but unwelcoming reception staff.”
Great location, on Rue D’Antibes. The hotel was bigger than I expected, and the breakfast was very good, including the staff in the breakfast room. The indoor pool was great for my morning swim!

The AC did not work. We told the staff the first night but they did not help us and fix it. For that price it should be so much better. Our famially could not sleep at all the second night and they did not compensated us at all.
