Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sunny and on a very quiet street close to many beaches, shops , bakeries and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

the apartment is really great and the free parking is a big plus — you can park right in front of the building on a quiet private dead-end street. We loved the kitchen, especially the big counter. The place is spacious, modern, and very clean. The host was super responsive — probably the quickest we’ve experienced. We had a electrical outage at night which was a bit scary, but he replied straight away and fixed it within minutes. We were honestly so grateful he was available...

“A perfect home in Cannes”

The owner waited for us upon arrival (communication before was excellent, with a quick response from the owner). The property was as it is described and photographed. The food store and bakery are within a short walking distance, downtown is a 15 min comfortable walk. The street is quiet, and free parking is a real extra in Cannes. The building and garden are beautiful, as are all the people we met in and around the building. The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable; heating and hot water function perfectly as well. If anyone has doubts about the nearby railway track, please do not worry, it doesn't create any inconvenience. I am very happy I booked this apartment, I would definitely book again if in need of a nice place in Cannes. We had the perfect stay in Cannes, it felt like a real home, and the owner was kind and available. I can only recommend this beautiful apartment in a 1930s old villa building equipped with all modern facilities. A real gem :)

6 of us stayed for a girls holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. We were comfortable and a short Uber ride from all the things we wanted to do. It’s down a private road so it was extremely quiet at night.

Really nice apartment - bright, comfortable, sufficiently large, in a very nice building on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and all necessary for light cooking. Little balcony for morning coffee. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the owner is very nice and helpful

A wonderful large apartment, with a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had everything we needed. Great hot baths. Quiet, birds singing and trains in the distance passing by, a sense of the sea nearby, a magical place. Close to everything. Julien met us at the arrival and was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 10/10

It took a long time to heat up the apartment. Probably it wasnt used for some time. The drain in the shower seemed to be slightly clogged and the water easily went out from the shower and to the floor. This may cause a leak to the apartment below. Please check up this matter. :)
