“Excellent short stay”

Very good boutiq hotel. Placed in good area. Rooms are big. Stuff are amazing. Garden is beautifull

All the stuff is nice but sadly I received on my social media a hated comment from a receptionist. Very unprofessional behaviour from this woman on the reception. I guess Moroccan heritage. I do love my cappuccino and I think there's nothing wrong about it ordering a coffee from the bar if they have it. As well tipping for it and then receiving hateful personal comments is very unprofessional. If you're too lazy to make a cappuccino go and change your job.

Very welcoming daytime reception. Cleaning staff were exceptionally nice. Room was bigger than expected. Very comfortable bed. Location is excellent, just a 7/8 minute walk from the promenade, 5 minute walk from cafes and restaurants and shopping. Train station is 7/8 minutes away which is very handy to get you from/to the airport.

Very convenient for access into town . Very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy. One of our rooms was very hot air co not working, we were immediately given an alternative room.

A lovely small boutique hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The location is perfect — close enough to enjoy Cannes, yet far enough to stay quiet and away from the busy nightlife.

“BAD”

There was NO air-condition for the entire stay. In the gym some of the equipment was broken. The first day I almost tripped. I left the broken part lose. The next day they assembled the broken part without proper repair...anybody could injured themselves. Spa was closed. Air condition unit did not work, and I could not see any attempt to repair it. They give us a small chines ventilator....a joke!!

The garden was nice and they had a water dispenser which was useful.

Walking distance to town and shops was excellent. 8 mins walk from Cannes station. Lovely garden and friendly staff.

The location, the room, the hotel's outdoor facilities, the gardens were very nice, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices!

“Cracking Hotel in a convenient location..”

Hotel was lovely so much so we tried to book an additional night but hotel was full. Lovely and helpful reception staff. Good location short walk to bars restaraunts and beach front. Room was a really good size amd well decorated. Nice little bar in reception with reasonable selection of vino etc.

Cannot praise the staff enough, they were professional, charming and caring. The underground car park was beneficial and safe. The room was great, bed very comfortable and clean. The hotel is an oasis of peace and serenity which is needed after the streets of Cannes! Highly recommend this hotel and the staff who go the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable and well.

We had a great stay in Cannes. The location is great! It‘s not too close to the centre so it‘s pretty quiet during the evenings. However, you can be in centre and „la croisette“ in about 10min by foot! Also the staff and especially the cleaning staff was great!
