We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Cannes. The place was spotless, very well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available whenever needed. His friendliness and willingness to help really made a difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was really very, very clean (my Wife is a stickler for such things, and she was very impressed!) . The location was spot on, very conveniently located, and secure private parking was a bonus for us in our road trip. There was some cold drinks eft in the fridge, which was a godsend, as was the air conditioning. The personal welcome from the owner was great, he showed us where everything was and how it worked.

“Amazing apartment close to all main attractions in Cannes”

We were a family of 4 travelling to Cannes for 2 weeks holiday. The apartment was great having everything we wanted to see. Large double bed, sofa bed for the kids, super large TV running on Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, air-conditioning in every room. There was ALDI store 10 min walk away and Casino supermarket about 15 min away, so no issues getting the stuff we needed for our stay. Additionally, the area was great with just a short walk to the old town, the castle, the Midi beach, bars and restaurants nearby. We also took the train to Monaco and other beaches, which is a great alternative to traveling by car with the main train station not too far away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would like recommending it to others.

The apartment was really clean and Triet was a great person. He is amazing host. He told us everything we could do in Cannes. About city, beach, restaurant and he explained other cities for us… The location also very good. It is very close restaurant, beach and city. We were very pleased with everything here. The place is higly recommended.

Triet is a lovely host! He was there to greet me as soon as I arrived and he even texted me halfway through my stay to check that everything was ok. The flat is clean and spacious and very good value for money. It also has everything you may need, from towels and bedding to hairdryer, kitchen appliances and more! The bed and sofa are comfortable and there is a MASSIVE tv. I also felt safe because the door has two different locks. I went for the festival and it's a bit of a walk, especially on the way back as you need to walk uphill, but considering how in demand the whole city is during the festival, it was still very close (about a 12 min walk to the Palais). There's a supermarket around the corner and also one in Rue Menadier, which has so many shops you might need and even bakeries, cafes and restaurants. It's also very close to the beach. If you're going for the festival, there's a bus stop right outside the flat that takes you both to the Gare and the Cineum, so that's perfect too. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend!

Triet is very nice & helpful host even we were late 2 hours to check in due to closed 2 tunnels from Italy to Nice. Well equipped Kitchen with welcome drink of 2 Coka colas & water. A super big TV for watching Nefix. Apartment is very closed to restaurants & market. We will definitely be back again.

It is very conveniently located, near to the rail station, buses, center and the beach. Triet is an amazing host, very responsive and attentive. The apartment is very well-equipped, very clean, and very comfortable.

Our host's friendliness and speedy responses before we travelled made us feel secure, and his recommendations while we were there. Trien met us on arrival to indicate where to park and show us around the apartment. He had cold water and soft drinks in the fridge for us. We appreciated having a secure, private parking space for our car just in front of the building - very important to us. Also, we felt safe in the apartment, as there was a double lock and it is in a very well-maintained building in a residential area in Le Suquet, but within a few minutes walking distance to the historic part of Cannes where the beautiful Castre hill with the church of Notre Dame d'Esperance is located, as well as the Forville market (excellent for fruit/vegetables, cheeses, and snacks), many restaurants (from eateries around the market to fancier restaurants), supermarkets, bakeries, and ice cream parlours etc. - all literally across the bridge/street from the apartment. It was convenient to leave our car in the parking space and just walk down to the harbour to catch the boat to the Lerins Islands, or go for dinner. There was plenty of space in the apartment, where there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen that we did not use at all, and a huge TV screen in the living room/dining room (Trien mentioned it had Netflix but we did not even switch it on due to our intense schedule). We especially liked the fact that the WC was separate from the shower room, which was a huge time-saver during our short stay.

Very good layout design. very comfortable and clean. The apartment facilities are on the top layer in France. Perfect location in local residential area making you feel safe and home like yet very close to city centre. 5 mins walk to covered market where you can buy good stuff for dinners. 5 ~ 10 mins walk to the old city centre and historical sites. Private Carpark is a bonus. Special thanks to the host’s warm welcome and hospitality. He responded to my enquiries promptly and gave me advice to buy fresh oysters.

“Perfection”

Triet was the perfect host, greeting us at arrival and then available by message for any queries. The apartment was amazing, so clean, comfortable and spacious with queen bed and sofa bed. The location was very convenient, only metres to shops and restaurants, walk 5min to start of La Croisette and less than 10min to the beach. Cannes was very alive during the film festival and based on my stay I would definitely recommend this apartment!
