“Perfect Location and Great Value in the Heart of Cannes”
I had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk (45 meters ca) to La Croisette and surrounded by excellent restaurants like Bobo, which is literally around the corner. It’s the ideal apartment for anyone wanting to enjoy the beaches, shopping, and vibrant dining scene in Cannes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s exactly what you want if you’re looking for a clean and functional place to sleep and relax after a day out. There’s also a washing machine and a small kitchen, which is great if you prefer not to eat out—though with so many restaurants, cafés and bakeries just outside the door, you might not need it! Would definitely stay here again.

Deceptive and unacceptable – would give 0 stars if I could. The photos show a beautiful seaside building, but you get placed in a small, old building hidden in the back, with no view at all. The apartment was dirty and depressing. There were no proper curtains—just two tiny ones that don’t cover the windows, so people from the building next door could see straight in. We had to keep the shutters closed the entire time and live in darkness. One bed had a blanket, the other didn’t. No one was available at the office for two days. The staff seem used to complaints—no surprise, considering how misleading this listing is. I deeply regret not reading the many negative reviews before booking.

“Decent value for money”
The physical location in terms of location is very good. It's on the main Blvd de la Croisette, and near alot of bars and restaurants. This also comes with a negative as stated below. The apartment is also quite spacious, better option than a hotel room as the bathroom and living space is twice the size of a normal hotel room.

False Advertisement. They show the dream-like apartment looking over a courtyard that may have an ocean view, but what I got was a dark run down building and apartment that may have been empty for a while, dust everywhere and cockroach in the closet!!!!

Bed in cormoran 1 was fantastic, really comfortable. You would not notice any body moving, so slept soundly. Well equipped kitchen.
