We felt it was a great place to stay with a small child, pool was very kid friendly.

Was ok for what we needed - albeit expensive. It was very clean, great bathrooms and showers, reasonably well stocked kitchen and has a washer/dryer. Does back on the freeway so can be a bit noisy.

Everything was great in the unit itself. Easy to get into, great directions provided by the management, convenient location, view from balcony of mountains, all the amenities we needed, etc.

It was walking distance to the grocery store and liked the pool and hot tub

We used a door code, very easy to access to the apartment, also to the indoor garage. The guy was very nice and describe everything, answer all our questions. The apartment have everything you need during your stay . To add, the apartment is in an excellent location ... Everything is around you in a walking distance. Amazing pool in the building, quiet building, and nice people. Will come again. Good for family or business.

The unit was clean and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and the place was nicely furnished. There was a bar-b-que on the deck. The kitchen was extremely well supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and bowls. The building was quiet. The pool and hot tub were too busy for our liking, but the unit itself was lovely.

When we arrived the door would not unlock through the august app - even though my Bluetooth was on. I called the owners - left message. We then called instant suites and told them the issue. They gave us code for the lock box. We waited around 20 minutes or so to get into the unit

The Suite was Very Comfortable - and welcoming

“WORST RESERVATION I'VE HAD IN BOOKING.COM”

If you want a very UNCOMFORTABLE & INCONVENIENT type of reservation and accommodation, by all means, book this unit. If there was an option to put a -10 score, I'd firmly choose that. 》For starters, you would be EXPECTED to read 5-6 very lengthy emails telling you where to go, what app to use so you could enter the suite, so on and so forth. If you don't, you'll end up wasting a good hour getting lost in the premises, like all previous guests complain about. Not everyone has the time to read all the emails you send, I haven't experienced a very difficult check-in process, until now. 》The reason being: The owner relies on those emails to tell you everything you need to know and has duties for you to do (DOWNLOADING AUGUST APP, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ETC.) so he does not need to be there. He only owns one suite in this very big condotel, so expect NOBODY to assist you in-person when you get there. 》Upon check-in, he expects all guests to upload their IDs through a website nobody is familiar with. Again, you should read ALL the emails he sends you, which is really inconvenient. Any type of reservation should be as convenient as possible, not like a book to read or a puzzle to solve, to be able to get to a unit you already paid for in advance. 》Really true what they say about the furniture in this unit, one simple look can break them. Just be careful because he rather enjoys charging his guests damage fees. 》Take note: The owner charges $150 cleaning fee per stay, but, you never get to enjoy any of this amount because nobody comes in to collect trash or do a light housekeeping if you're staying for more than a night. 》Upon check out: He charged us with an ADDITIONAL $100 cleaning fee simply because the place was not in his usual cleaning standard as he expected. 》For the whole 3 nights stay, nobody came in to collect the trash whatsoever, so one could only expect a pile of garbage with all the cooking and whatnot.

The 2 bedroom apartement was excellent for my friend and I where we stayed 4 nights. We each had our own room and our own bathroom equipped with showers which was appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped where we made our breakfest each morning , we had a Bbq where we made a great steak dinner one evening, fireplace and air conditioning was also appreciated. The check-in procedure with our iphone and door code application went smoothly,along with our indoor parking space. Location was very convenient close to all commodities, restaurants and golf courses. We highly recommend this property ! :)

The guy on the phone help line saved us to find the parka-de for parking and location of the condo. He sent us photo's directing us, so I am confused how anyone expected us to find parking or the condo.

The location was good. Despite all of the issues with the waivers and check-in process, the app to lock and unlock the door was pretty slick. The host was responsive when we couldn't get into the garage, despite it being quite late in the evening.
