Staff. Don't pick up the phone call, been calling for how many times. There's no proper parking in the property, you need to walk and park far and it's so inconvenient having kids and old parents.

“Great place, Stunning vues on the mountains”
The vue of unit 402 is absolutely stunning. The balcony was an absolute pleasure has we stayed every night outside to see the sunset behind the mountains. The interior was beautiful, well maintained and the couch was super comfy. The flip up bed was a great asset too to have 5 persons in the unit.

The location is great and accessible. The place is clean and it has everything you need. We rented the luxury penthouse, and the views are pretty impressive and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it is perfect for family vacation.

Aircon in bedrooms would be an improvement. Telling guests to “sleep with the windows open” is prob not the best solution. It’s so noisy having them open.

“Luxury apartment with excellent facilities!”
We stay in apartment 402, (the fourth floor is the top floor). A two bed apartment with two bathrooms and combined lounge/diner/kitchen which has a high v-shaped ceiling The dining table had 6 seats but could probably seat 8 people if also using the 2 seater leather storage "trunk". The living room had a pull down Murphy bed which is disguised as a wardrobe when not in use, and was more comfortable than a sofa bed would be. Both showers were excellent. Didn't try the spa bath in the master bedroom's bathroom area. Dishwasher was a welcome bonus. We made good use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice to be able to sit in the balcony and enjoy the cool evening air. The air-conditioning inside the main living room area worked well. I believe swimming pool facilities are included within a nearby block but we didn't use them. About a 12 minute walk to the Rose & Crown following the main highway (could figure out a short cut), we recommend it, serves great pub style food. The quaint town centre is probably a 25 minute walk.
