The pool and the hot tub were closed…. Ww found out when we arrived, unfortunatelly the lamdlord didn’t inform us ahead and then when we wanted leave he didn’t want to refund it.

“Home away from home”
Our stay was absolutely delightful! The house was spotlessly clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the abundance of amenities provided. Everything we needed (and more!) was readily available. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and swimming in the pool - a perfect way to relax and recharge

“Beautiful location and property”
Location is the main factor because we wanted the early start for Banff National Park - it wasn’t cheap but good value for the area. The laundry facilities within the chalet were great and Michael & Katrina had left all the washing products we could need. Generally, all the comforts of home had been provided for us including pool towels although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool/hot tub

Most likely the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean , great location and use of a great pool and spa. Will certainly return.
