The pool and hot tub was excellent. The location was great. We requested an early check-in and this was accommodated and check-in was seamless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked (there were limited dinner plates and cereal bowls but the dishwasher was useful).

View was lovely Condo space was great for 4 adults, lots of room, comfortable, 2 bathrooms absolute bonus! Heated bathroom floors. Kitchen was stocked well Main bedroom bed very comfortable

Great location and building amenities! The property was extremely clean! Wonderful bedding/ sheets and comfortable beds (aside from pull-out couch). Easy check-in and check-out. Parking was always available. Could easily communicate with the hosts.

Spacious apartment with good kitchen and ammenities. Very comfortable for four people and well stocked with everything you need. Banff park pass was a great bonus.

The pool and hot tub were a hit. The property had most of what we needed and was a good size with a nice view. I loved the indoor parking and we could walk to the coffee shop or into town.

This place is incredible! Beautiful surroundings, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are just incredible - quite literally breathtaking. We only had two nights here as part of a roadtrip and we were all very sad to leave! Pool and hot tub were a great addition, close proximity to restaurants and cafes. I can’t recommend this place enough!

They were very nice and wants to make sure things are right. I found a dirty linen, and they immediately corrected it. I have to say that they are great and I would book this again if I return. The futon bed isn't comfortable, but it seems to be normal for futons. Regular beds are comfortable.

excellent location. host was very helpful in understanding the area and what to do as we are from UK. clean and good facilities within the compound. closer to various amenities.
