“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in”
Beautiful location, nice room and restaurants, very comfortable foyer with bar included, spa, corteous staff. Everything joined together in a perfect experience. Already wish for a next stay.

Location was great, as it's very close to the ski lift (main reason for our trip) and also near of good restaurant options. Staff was also great, very friendly and helpful. The room has a decent size and they also provided some treats (Prosecco + fruits + water) on our room.

“Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.”
A lovely, cosy and friendly hotel. Very clean, warm and inviting. Close to the ski lift, shops and restaurants. A junior suite and adjoining double room were ideal for an extended family of two young children, their parents and us, the grandparents. A great family location with a water park just across the road. The staff and especially Fatima on reception and Jose the bar man were particularly kind, helpful and professional. They even put up with my attempts at speaking the language. Prices in the hotel were also very reasonable for food and drink. The hotel spa was also, another added bonus. We will definitely return.

“Good value for money in Canillo”
The Junior suite was quite spacious for a family of 4 plus a dog. The location is great with Canillo offering many restaurants and other services. The breakfast had a variety of options.
