Beautiful views of the river and snowy hills. The host was very responsive, and the key collection was seamless and easy. Highly recommended!

“The weather was fantastic!”
We had an apartment for 4-6 people, and we came as a family with two kids. In this configuration, the apartment was great. However, the single bathroom would have been really troublesome with 6. Further, the parking situation is really bad. We have a big car... which was not compatible with the underground parking lot. There are no places outside. I parked the car ~ 1 km down the road, and started every day with a few minutes of jogging to fetch the car. Not a big issue once you organize yourself, but, honestly, very inconvenient. The communication via WhatsApp is a ChatBot, not a real person. Never short for an answer!

“This is not a safe or convenient location for your family when Canillo3000jokes have no duty of care”
We liked the location as it is close to El tarter and Canillo Grandvalira resort it was also convenient to a restaurant we like. like the mountain behind block and even some of the locals who live in the adjacent apartments were helpful. I feel sorry for them in all honesty having to live beside mismanaged apartments. One lady told us there is always problems with parking as we struggled to park there even though we paid for it and we had to struggle with skis and children while parking near a bus stop.

Paid Wi-Fi wasn't working. Parking remote control locker wasn't locker. Sofa should be charged.Most uncomfortable sofa ever Toilet seat was broken

Incredibly little for the number of persons they claim. Hardly no cooking or cleaning tools available in the apartment. No soap, no garbage bags. Hardly no space for parking. I won’t recommend.
