Good for an apartment hotel; clean and easy check-in. Also the parking in the garage is very convenient. Personnel very responsive on WhatsApp.

“Could be better if being improved”
Location is good - close to the ski lift. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool a walking distance away. Apartment is spacious, big kitchen. Washing machine is big plus. There is no ski room which makes it difficult to store ski gear. Apartment needs deep cleaning, it’s not clean. The “view” is to the big wall, so almost no day light. Personal was unfriendly and didn’t want to solve our issues. They hang up phone on my face!

Family-style accommodation。 It is close to the ski resort, so it is very suitable for skiing. There is separate parking and storage (both at extra cost).

The furniture are in poor condition. The chairs are too old. My friend fell off from a chair suddenly while sitting. The nails were all loosen, and the whole seat came off. And my friend got hurt. It was really dangerous that they didn’t check the facilities before they let people to live in. I reported and complaint to them, but they only said “I sorry for the incident.” Poor service!

“A fantastic experience in a most beautiful part”
Breakfast was not included. The location is very good near shops and easy walking trails along river. And the view is so beautiful it takes your breath away.

“Convenient location, basic apartment”
The apartment is near the Telecabina, possible to walk there. That was our most important reason to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed. Online check-in was easy, parking was great, and when I had questions I got answers to my e-mails quickly.
