A charming historic château that feels like a destination itself. Spacious two-room suite with a beautiful sunset view. Loved the peaceful walks in the forest just outside the gate. Special thanks to Valery and Nicolas and their dog Lulut for their warm hospitality, wonderful atmosphere, and delicious fresh breakfast. Nicolas gave great local tips, and Valery helped us book a fantastic restaurant for a perfect evening. I would like to comeback there some days again.

Quiet location in the countryside, an excellent base for exploring Blois, Amboise and several chateaux around. Suite in the real chateau, friendly and helpful owner, helped us with finding the restaurant which we would never have been able to find by ourselves. Internet worked, plentiful parking space. Good breakfast. Wish we could stay longer.

With their warm, welcoming attitude and their great hospitality Valérie and Nicolas made our four nights stay a remarkable time. We enjoyed their historic, natural place which they are restoring with creative enthusiasm and a fine sense even for small details. The room was comfy and spotlessly clean, the breakfast with local organic food was delicious and of best quality. While Nicolas always had helpful recommendations for sights to visit, Valérie recommended the best places for dinner.

Fabulous setting of noble home in large private park (visitable). Most hospitable and gentle couple shows a natural and relaxed “feel at home” attitude. Impeccably clean and well maintained rooms. Good insulation. More than fair value for money, seen the impressive premises. Adequate breakfast in private setting. Good restaurant at easy walking distance. Easy to come and go by car and ample parking space within the gates. Just off the beaten track from the string of Loire chateaus.

Our stay was perfect as an overall experience. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location and building itself are amazing.
