Service was a nightmare, and the food was poor and repetitive day after day. For this price, I’d avoid this hotel and look for a better option nearby. After five days, we switched to the Kempinski and had an amazing stay.

“Amazing stay in paradise!”
Friendly, welcoming staff…they could not do more for you to make your stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, a huge variety each day and themed nights to add something different. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities. The amount of activities on each day provide entertainment for all, and the various pools and spaces to relax give the option of completely switching off from the world.

I liked the setting, right by the beach. The rooms were very spacious and well thought out. The staff were excellent, especially Jose (at the door), Efrain in the restaurant, Diego and Camilla at the front desk. But all were fab!

Only positive thing about this hotel is the beach. And it’s not the hotel’s plus, it is just mother nature and a good location.
