We had a really great stay. The staff were terrific, in particular our butlers Freddy Abrego and Rita Garcia. We celebrated a birthday and Freddy decorated the room and provided us with sparkling wine. It was truly fantastic. Rita was very kind and helpful at all times. Muchas Gracias!

We had the best time staying at TRS Coral. Great food and drinks, beautiful rooms, amazing staff that treated you good at every single moment. Beautiful beach and pool. I would especially like to mention our butlers Mel and Daniela for the amazing job they did. They answered all our questions and requests, and seemed to love their job!

The property is so aesthetic and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurants is excellent- on the trs side everything is à la carte. Breakfast at Helios was superb with lots of options and lovely ambience. Service is great. Everywhere is spotless and consistently maintained ( including pool toilets which are cleaned all day).

The staff were incredibly friendly and worked hard to make us comfortable. The Helios restaurant was excellent. They also kindly allowed us to stay for a couple of hours after checkout and continue enjoying the facilities. It was nice to have a long walk on the beach across Isla Mujeres and we saw some dolphins!

The hotel was massive, and being able to try a different restaurant each night – while still rebooking favorites – was a real plus. The butler service was fantastic – always going above and beyond. The food was excellent, from poolside pizzas at lunch to the Italian restaurant in the evening. As a padel fan, I was especially excited to find a court at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre on the grounds.

“Luxury experience with a luxury price tag”

Everything about this place is luxurious - from the space to the amenities to the staff to the food and beverages. The pool area, the beach, the restaurants, the beautiful grounds... All of it was gorgeous. I just wish we had spent more time at the hotel rather than go do activities. The bathtub and the jacuzzi on the balcony were especially fun, and our personal butler Naysin (and the rest of the team) went above and beyond for us. I also appreciated the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. This is not a party hotel by any means, but if you are looking for a good time you will find it easily.

A Traumatising and Disappointing Experience. Avoid This Resort. I booked a 13-night stay at TRS Coral through Booking.com, expecting a luxury, all-inclusive Christmas. Instead, I endured one of the most distressing experiences of my life, filled with trauma, financial losses, and shockingly poor service. Sexual Assault at the Spa: I was sexually assaulted by a masseuse, who violated my personal boundaries and REALLY crossed the line by touching me in areas that should not be touched during a massage. I reported the incident to management (Carlos Mota and Maggie), who were entirely dismissive. I was told that the masseuse would only be fired if another guest complained. Essentially saying that one sexual assault wasn’t enough for them to take action. Carlos questioned why I hadn’t reported it sooner, implying my experience was less valid because I was in shock and unable to react immediately. He discouraged me from filing a police report, warning that it could require me to stay in Mexico longer. Instead of supporting me as a guest who had experienced a traumatic event, they protected their staff and silenced me. The all-inclusive dining was completely unacceptable. Food was repeatedly served cold, raw, or of poor quality. Many meals were so bad they were inedible, forcing us to eat out, this added nearly £1,000 in extra expenses, on top of the £9,000 I had already paid for what was supposed to be a premium all-inclusive experience. Our room had multiple maintenance issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant: there was a smell of damp, the ceiling leaked during a storm, The wardrobe door fell off. When I checked out, they tried to charge me for the massage where I had been assaulted, despite management previously assuring me that it would be removed. Despite repeatedly contacting TRS Coral and Booking.com, I have received no meaningful response, only empty apologies and excuses. AVOID THIS RESORT.
