The number of different restaurants, you had to book the day before but 2 of them were à la carte and just amazing. We paid for the cabana’s in the adult area £40 per day but well worth it, have your own assistant getting drinks and could have food delivered from the restaurant behind. The staff were great and would recommend

Dear Booking Customer service, It is very frustrating to see that even when sending multiples messages through all possible platforms and making multiple calls following the recommendations of the booking platform or of the hotel itself, no feedback / support has been provided except for this email assuring us continuous monitoring and information. Furthermore, Booking still asks us how was the stay, when indeed that never happened, and it was the original reason fro our email. I attach again the dossier describing the tedious process to go through, and still open / without resolution. We kindly urge you for your prompt support on this matter.

Hotel was one of the cleanest I have been in, the staff are fantastic and all of the staff I spoke to were very helpful. There was no hidden charges as there is in some all inclusive places, the only thing they would charge extra for is tours, wine at dinner etc. Very large hotel with all different types of restaurants, several swimming pools and being in sens category meant I had access to all facilities. The view from my room was also amazing, and the room was very spacious.

the property is not adequate for a 5 star hotel we really regret that we try this one over the Dreams we normally stay. the restaurants are not good quality.

Absolutely nothing! We contacted you to leave a week earlier and heard nothing so we had to stick to it and the days just got worst and worst! It's a locals hotel and definitely not able to cater for people from. Abroad . Contact me ASAP in regards to a full refund ! My wife ended up with stomach problems from the beginning of the holiday. The staff hardly speak English, the complex is a health and safety hazard . The beach is never cleaned, after the locals leave their trash and dirty plates ,which makes the seagulls a playing field. If you dont get attacked by a seagull you'll get ants crawling on your beach towel which btw is not big enough and absolutely vile to lie on it . When you want to come to this hotel for a holiday, you end up leaving mentally scarred, drained and maybe also separated from your partner cause you have to split to get in queue for Allllll restaurants or wake up by 7am to go and fight for a beach chair.... so overall there's absolutely nothing to like ! How it still has 5 star reviews is misleading , however I can see the reviews are from Hispanic or Mexican locals that come for a few days then leave . We stayed a whopping two weeks ! Vile
