Overview
Located in the heart of Cancun’s hotel area, The Pyramid offers its guests restaurants and an outdoor pool. The bright and spacious rooms are air conditioned. Food was amazing for an all inclusive especially the breakfast at cafe del mar. Hotel staff were great and was looked after very well. App worked well to show how to get around.

The amount of restaurants and bars are really good and the food in them are generally to a good standard. The cigar lounge was a really good place and the guy working in there was super friendly and knowledgeable. The women on the reception were always friendly and helpful and the cleaners and maintenance people do such an amazing job for the side of the complex.

The hotel is very good, with friendly staff and delicious food in most of the restaurants. As a destination, it’s excellent both for a family vacation and for a trip with friends. Great breakfast in Cafe Delmar.
