Spacious apartment. Fabulous view and the biggest pool I’ve been in. I liked the area very much. It feels much more Mexican than the resort areas.

The pool is an excellent size. The apartment is well equipped with comfortable beds. The balcony is great to sit out on. Axl provided drinking water everyday. The apartment is located next to the ferry terminal for Isla mujures. We used a company (Paseos 9981586428) for a snorkel trip to two areas - a reef including one of the MUSA (the hands) and a ship wreck which was excellent. I would recommend the restaurant Babar Negra for excellent value on the beach. 10 mins walk. There is a small shop across the street for some provisions. The R 6 bus runs across the road from the complex into town for 10 pesos per person but does get busy. You can get an uber for approx 80 pesos. Axl is an excellent host. We had an amazing stay.

“Perfectly located apartment with an excellent host.”
The apartment is in an excellent location, especially for those who don't want to be near the big hotels and tourist area. The accommodation is in a secure complex, with well maintained gardens and a huge pool, just in front of a private beach. The balcony is large and overlooks the gardens and sea. Axel, the owner was excellent with communication, and met us on arrival. He gave us lots of information regarding where to visit and how to use the local buses. There is a seafood restaurant by the beach which served fantastic food. This was ideal for us as we visited the hotel strip, but were able to retreat back to the apartment and relax, with fantastic views.

The apartment was amazing with a fabulous view of the sea. All bedrooms had on suite facilities and were air conditioned. kitchen was fully equipped. Beautiful living room that could be completely opened up to access the balcony. The apartment had great wifi. Apartment is in a complex of condos with a huge pool next to the sea and in a well maintained garden. Alex, the host, was brilliant, always available to help when we had questions or needed support. Couldn't ask for a better host

“Not quite met expectations”
The host was exceptionally helpful, very good communication prior and during the stay. The sea view, garden and pool were amazing. Safe space in the outskirts of Cancun.
