All the staff astonished and the apartment was so comfortable and clean, almost every day staff ask if they need to clean or if we need anything ( towels, soap, toilet paper, etc ) Staff super friendly and happy to Help us to rent a car, to find places, to eat even games available if need it.

The address is not correct on the booking. After travelling and arriving in the night to the wrong location.Tried to call the property numerous times with no answer, luckily found another traveller that was at the wrong address too and we found our way to the correct location it was a 10 minute walk away. Reception staff didn’t care the location was wrong on booking.com Our room was on the 4th floor with very steep stairs to carry your luggage up. Got into our room to find the bathroom had not been cleaned with poo all over the toilet and then went to use the shower and was to find out there was no running water. We addressed this problem with reception went for dinner came back and still no water and rooms not clean or up to standard so we packed our stuff up and stayed at another hotel! Disappointing experience and will not be back. Would not recommend to anyone!

The toilets always had blockage issues consistently, bed sheets and towels provided had stains on them. However the proximity of its location downtown is brilliant.

“A badly maintained property at a bad location.”
Our room was on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage up on narrow steps. The property is in the vicinity of a concert hall, so it was extremely noisy almost all night long. The property offers earplugs, but they worth nothing. After the first night we woke up by the living room being flooded. The staff couldn't figure out the reason of the flood, and "they offered their help to clean". We asked for an other room, which we got, but after two sleepless nights we left.

The close proximity to the mall. The place was clean and very friendly staff and accommodating to the kids as they allowed the kids to karaoke in their office lounge. Pool was always well kept, huge, clean and deep. Loved it all
