“Compared to Maroma Secrets it’s more beautiful and comfortable but the service and attention is mediocre.”

The garden was more jungly than other Secrets resorts in the area. Everything was nearby, well taken care of and beautifully designed and decorated. Our ocean view suite was gorgeous and very comfortable. Whirlpool bath offered us a great romantic relaxation in the evening. Food was excellent. Especially in the French restaurant Bordeaux. The chef came to our table to offer us more vegetarian options. She was incredibly lovely. We’ve ordered Mexican red wine Galileo which was very tasty and served by the manager the proper way. A beautiful dining experience. There are several beautiful pools, the jungle pool is designed like a cenote, surrounded by lush greenery and very quiet.

The location is not too far from airport and right on a very beautiful beach. The swim up room was large and very comfortable the swim up pool got the sun in the morning. The concierge and all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and very helpful. There was excellent quality and variety of food in restaurants and room service. There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

“Great for couples who are looking to relax”

The Hotel is very new and cosy regardless how big it is. The staff was very friendly and the entertainment was ok, I wish they had more activities or sports, it was quite hard to register for their activities and the availability small (20 people). The food was OK not my favorite food from a resort of this type at this price. Their Mexican food was good tho. Service was slightly slow so we ended up going to the buffet style restaurant more, which we preferred because also of the variety.

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!
