Food in main restaurant was excellent, the 'specialist' restaurants though not as expected., as the foord was 'ordinary' and in some cases not pleasant.

The beachfront is beautiful, with clean, turquoise water, white sandy beaches, and impressive rock formations. The pools are excellent, the service is flawless, and the entertainment team is exceptionally. The programs are very colorful.

Not too crowded. Pool facilities and food were excellent. Staff all nice. App makes it easy to send any requests and is replied/attended to very swiftly.

This is an excellent all inclusive resort. The food is endless, te staff is very helpful friendly and funny. The food choice is exceptional and the drinks keeps flowing. The hotel was very clean and so were the room!!! On arrival we learnt that hotel has parties a few days out the week which were fun. I know that this is not everyone cup of tea but there is entertainment for everyone even the kids.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with excellent views. Will recommend this hotel and definitely return for our next stay. Food is good with a lot of variety. There is a lot of entertainment for everyone to enjoy every day. The entertainment team is great. The beach is great, with calm waters and beautiful blue ocean for jetski ect.

For an all inclusive I felt the food was exceptional. The beach was clean and the staff were excellent. Kids club was good, the ladies were very sweet. Location outstanding

This place was great. Not cheap but worth the money you pay. I donot understand the negative comments. They have shows every night. Every day they have a theme. Food was great with exception of steaks I would recommend introduction of their app in the hotel description. The app was great

For is exceptional, the animation is great and the team really do big effort. Customer Service is also great and they do care.

I liked talking to the staff everyday. From the bar staff, lifeguards, security guards, to the cleaning staff, and even the landscapers and pool cleaners. They were all really nice and personable and I really couldn't help myself. They were very engaging and hilarious when you got them going. I learned a lot about the hotel, Mexico, and Mayan culture from them, even some Mayan words. Breakfast was good there was a wide variety as well as cooking stations for custom items. The only place to get breakfast was the buffet area which would be really crowded the later you went. So, I would eat breakfast early to avoid it. The restaurants I tried, I have no complaints as a foodie, although I did mainly eat steak and venture out. All drinks included made mimosa's by the beach or vip pool perfect! Especially when there were wait staff coming around to take your order and you could just continue to relax. If you're learning Spanish and you can speak conversational, the staff will appreciate your effort! It was so much fun being able to speak with everyone on a deep level to the point where we were joking around and talking about life and things. I also learned many new words and they were very supportive of my language practice! I also travelled alone, and the staff were very kind and helpful when I wanted to go somewhere or do something. Like making sure I wasn't paying 10x the price for a taxi, or making sure I was okay if I was just sitting around, helping me with directions and things to do, and even checking on me to see if I needed anything in my room, or if I tried the food spot they recommended. (Big foodie here and I always did) The hotel also gave me a nice birthday gift! Overall it was a great experience!!

The food, the bars, the beach, the room always clean and the entertainment at night is good but can be improved.
