Very good hotel overall (beach, food, staff, jaccuzi). The staff was really helpful and nice all through the stay and I felt welcome (I didn't feel any difference in treatment being from Europe, although most of the clients are from the US). I preferred the quiet side of the hotel, farthest from the loud music in the pool near the main restaurant. Loved the morning Yoga/Stretching session in front if the sea (did it every day).

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and stunning beaches. The adults-only concept creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially around the pools, with good entertainment, live music, and shows. A wide variety of restaurants and dining options are available, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive. Overall, very good value for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel.

It’s a very nice architecture of the building and gives you impression that you are in glamour place, but decorations inside are simply awful. You urgently need to find good designer. It’s a pity to use this palace in this way. Service is poor.

Gorgeous hotel in a fab location that caters to your every need. Great variety of options, pools, food, entertainment within hotel and also includes access to other Riu hotels and entertainment nearby. Better than the photos.
