“Nothing to shout about”

Plenty of lounge chairs by the beach. The best part was the beach. Despite the seaweed/sargassum, the beach was very enjoyable.

Beach is beautiful, hotel garden is well maintained, hotel is quite new. The nature around is lovely. The view from the balcony was nice. Buffet food was diverse, rather good and we did not get ill. Pool towels easily available. Lounge in the reception is

I liked the hotel spaces and bedrooms. The pools were really nice and restaurants as well. All of the staff was really nice!

Stuff was great, very nice and friendly people. Kudos to Enrique my room service personnel, lovely guy. Breakfast was very good. The buffet is fine. I loved the lamb at the Roma restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and clean, a bit price though. The beach is beautiful the pools are nice.

The location is beautiful, the beach is so well tended. The sand is so soft it felt like kinetic sand .

The food was mediocre as well as the wine choices Desserts were very dissapointing. Pretty but not great tasting. The surf and turn dinner was overcooked and though and we waited at the table over 45 mins for the food. Maracuya margaritas were awesome. The coffee shop/ barb área was great and a wonderful meeting and hanging out place w awesome views of the ocean. The pools could use some vegetation and morr headed areas as tge sun and glare are brutal. Service in general was wonderful

“Very good but some pet peeves”

My shower door didn't close properly. There need to be a vent in the bathroom. I had a wall plug that didn't work and the floor was kind of salty still so it made my feet feel dirty.

Everything is very clean, greenery all around and magnificent beach. The room was really nice, and isolated from most other noisy areas. Staff is very friendly. Foodwise, for an all inclusive the food was good, fresh fruit available, fruit juices and a very wide selection of different foods.

Value for money. Amazing beach and well kept facilities Staff in general are good.

Food options were not good. Taste was average.

Good location, food average, buffet medium, steakhouse and Mexican good, Italian poor. Gym very small, crowded, poor facilities. Beach and pools good.

“Fabulous team in a lovely clean hotel”

The staff are all amazing. Friendly and helpful. Make sure and tip them as you go if you can! Not many people were tippers and it is really appreciated (pesos is fine if you don't have dollars). Shout out to Lucito, Osvaldo, Franco the buffet restaurant and Gonzalez in the bar and at the Riu Stage - Erick. They have amazing parties and shows. The entertainment team can really really dance! We had a room with a small private pool and would highly recommend this - it got the sun in the afternoon and we used it every day. The hotel is immaculate. People are cleaning everywhere every day. 10/10.

Beautiful place, tasty a la carte restaurants, but not always you can get there due to too many people. Nice beach, very good food and drinks quality, huge variety and tasty! nice entertainment in the evening, room was nice, big with the fridge, some drinks, different activities during the day, quite clean beach. A la cart restaurants and acfew bars, Many staff members were very friendly and supportive at the main restaurant, nice green area around
