The location is superb. Our room has an ocean view with big balcony! Room service is great mago, is always on top of everything and our room fridge is always full. Food selection is great and there's no way you will starve in this resort. The jetski experience is one of my favorite.

Complimentary upgrade not only made the trip feel extra special, but gave us a reason to come back again. Service ranged from good to outstanding. Cleaning and maintenance was top notch. Probably the best beach I've visited in about 5 trips to sun destinations. The number and quality of events held at the hotel exceeded my expecations, and transformed my planned relaxing beach vacation into something that was also exciting, without being over the top, and not overwhleming like a party hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and open. The bars, restaurants were excellent. Pool area was nice lots of daytime activities and the hotel was on the beach which was lovely.

“Wonderful stay at Riu Caribe”

This hotel is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment of it. We stayed 6 nights and were really looking for a place to relax, but not somewhere too calm or boring. At the Riu Caribe, there was something special for everyone. The best part of the hotel, in our opinion, was the entertainment team. I joined meditation, step/hydrogymnastics, and dance classes. “Teacher Toni,” you are the best, and I miss you already. There were also opportunities to play volleyball, polo, darts, and bingo. My partner that often is shy engaged in the activities. We often go to bed early, but it was lovely to have the Riu Parties. I loved the White Party, and also the shows performed by the entertainment team at Riu Stage. Bruno Mars performance was great. All the staff, from the cleaning team to the management, were friendly and respectful. Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and even in the Riu Party area, where there were many people, the toilets were kept very clean. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants. We don’t have kids, but it was nice to see there were good activities for kids too. We had a lovely time and really loved the hotel atmosphere. My only suggestion for the future would be to have robes in the room. Thank you for making our stay so special. My very best regards to all of you, especially Toni and the whole entertainment team. Without you guys, it would not have been that special.

“An exceptional experience”

I liked the all inclusive buffet, very tasty meals with lots of options from breakfast fast to dinner. I liked the parties and shows that happened almost everyday in the hotel, I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, pool area, restaurant etc. Excellent staff always smiling and willing to help and English is widely spoken in the hotel. I definitely recommend and will stay there anytime I visit cancun.
