The hotel location was lovely. The view of the Marina was spectacular. The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly, polite and always happy to help. The bedroom was cleaned daily to a very good standard. The breakfast choice was vast and the food was very delicious and fresh. I loved everything of this hotel.

The location is just perfect, in front of the Cancun harbour and next to the mall/shops. They have shuttles to the nearby beach every day and beach is great to spend time. The infinity pool and the hydropool in the hotel are great. Rooms are big and nice with a great harbour view.

I loved every minute of it! There was great variety for breakfast and the location is just amazing. A beautiful view all day long. Relaxing and peaceful! And I must say thanks to the staff; especially to Ingrid. She was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Love her! Love everything about the experience! I’m already planning a next visit

Room was very comfortable. Location was away from the tourist area and right next to a large shopping mall (there was a door from the hotel that led straight into the mall). As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the shopping mall and marina area. I had the breakfast twice and found the food choice excellent. There is an affiliated beach club so if you want beach and sea you can catch the free shuttle bus there which was very pleasant (the beach club, not the shuttle). The beach club access is also free, you just have to pay for food and drink when you are there. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Easy to order taxis through the front desk and desk is manned 24 hours. Moises in the Transport department was also very friendly and helpful. There is a tour desk if you want to book anything. Had dinner at one of the restaurants which was very pleasant.
