Location- 10 min walking distance to the ADO bus station, 5 min. to the Parque de las Palatas - many meal options in the evening, 3 min to the Chedraui supermarket, value for money, huge rooms, efficient A/C, accommodationg staff, I would stay here again

“Fantastic no frills downtown hotel”
Great location for downtown Cancun. On a busy street so felt safe and 24hr reception. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend if you want to explore downtown and walkable to the Ado bus station.

it's in downtown, near everything! grocery, ado bus, souvenirs, bus station r1-r2, the wifi was not a problem for me because I was on the first floor!

“Excellent Short Stay Hotel with plenty of everything you may need within a very close proximity.”
This location is excellent you have access to plenty of restaurants, street food vendors, shops of all sorts. This location is also good for those who travel off to other spectacular Mexican getaways because the ADO Bus Terminal is within walking distance. The staff are helpful and kind especially the House Keeping Ladies always smiling and working.
