“Quality hotel”
Room was spacious and clean, with supplied bottled water. Included breakfast was excellent. Pool area was good, and bar staff attentive.Great quality stay. Pick up for Chichén Itza trip was outside the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful,the location was good for public transport and ease of walking , the swimming pool and access to sunbeds was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. The room was big with a comfortable bed and a very good shower, The coffee machine was a nice touch and bottled water was well stocked.

Pretty much everything. It's quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed in. It was clean. Facilities were incredible. Given plenty of water snd towels in the rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Pocatuo and was perfect.

Breakfast great, good choice. Swimming pool area and music was changed to suit guest. Lobby was very inviting. Porters/cleaners attentive and excellent. All staff worked as a professional friendly team. Our requests were met.

“Adequate for a quick stay in between travels around Mexico”
The location was fine for our one night stay after flying into Cancun very late and getting the ferry to Isla Mujeres the next day. The staff member upon our arrival was really fantastic, the other staff were good but not as great. Breakfast was really awesome which was a good reward for us picking this place. It was also great to be able to chill by the pool after checkout waiting for our mate even though it was too cold to swim.

“Great find!”
The hotel was so much better than I thought as I hadn't paid much at all! The room was huge, very modern and clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower was really big and the bed was huge and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was really nice, clean and modern. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of beds and shade. I would happily stay again. The hotel is also close to good restaurants, bars and a huge supermarket.
