Great location - within 20 minute walk of departure dock for isle mujeres and 1 minute walk to bus stop for getting to bars in the evening. Great beach space with well maintained pools and other outdoor areas.

Oasis Palm truly delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding. Our rooms were generously sized and impeccably clean, and we consistently encountered helpful and friendly staff everywhere within the resort. The food was a definite standout; we dined at Dos Lunas, Maki Taco, and Cocoa, and every meal was prepared with excellent culinary skill. The resort boasts a picturesque beachfront setting, complete with comfortable chairs and hammocks perfect for soaking up the sun. We particularly appreciated the pristine condition of the beach, which had minimal sargassum compared to other areas of Cancun

“Nice hotel and location but very busy”

Very nice hotel but little bit old , mainly the rooms need updating. I really liked the food and that is something that almost never happens when I’m at all inclusive hotel. I’m a vegetarian and they had many options to choose from. I never ate so much at a hotel 😂.

“Family hotel for a trip to Cancun!”

Super fine hotel for the price, specially taking in consideration that it is an all-inclusive with food and drinks. That is good with the price. The location is good as it is close to the famous beach in Cancun. This is a family hotel and not made for solo travelers og group travelers. For sure only for families - but the rooms are quite low quality. They are alright, but nothing special. But all around the hotel was good and fine for the price.

“The staff of the hotel was not nice”

The staff was so lazy and unrespectful except restaurant staff. The reception charged an 6 times more cleaning fee for our room. Our Baby Girl was sick and threw up and they said they will charge us 100$ for extra cleaning we said okey but when we are leaving the hotel they charged 600$ when we asked for the manager when the taxi for airport transfer was waiting outside the receptionist didn't give the manager on the phone and she always said the manager is busy ( it was 5.30 am in the morning) and she was saying maybe she will come in half hour maybe in 10 min. After 15 min. A supervisor came and just said it was 100$ but for each piece and didn't listened us. During the stay we couldn't get proper cleaning and no water in our room. Even if we asked for a cleaning the room was uncleaned in the midnight and when come back to our room. We had to go back in reception and asked for the help..
