“A paradise in a great location”

We have visited many hotels all over the world, but Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is one of the best, a really outstanding place. It's organized very well, and it's impressive how the staff is able to efficiently manage so many customers and so many restaurants and activities. We definitely plan to come back! Our room (number 5423) was amazing, with a private terrace and a jacuzzi, so we could have a hydromassage after the beach, and it was great. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is modern, with the area including the washbasins and a bath tub being part of the room, and only wc and shower behind closed doors. The room also include a very nice big wardrobe, a sofa in a corner near a big window, a balcony, and a small area with fridge, coffee machine and table. Practically an apartment with an amazing ocean view, so we really hope to be able to book the same room when we come back. The cleaning is perfect, and there are different staff people for maintenance, for refilling drinks and snacks, and for ensuring fresh towels aee always available - we really want to thank these people because they do a great job and they are friendly and competent. The resort has 7 restaurants, and we could not decide which one is better. The breakfast is delicious, with a huge variety of different plates, all wonderful - salads, fresh fruit, mexican dishes, sweets, eggs...whatever one can hope to find, it's there, and in generous amounts. Also dinner is great, one can choose among several options and all of them are great. Every day and evening several activities are organized, for example we had the chance to attend very good shows ranging from jazz concerts to magic shows, we really had a nice time.

We liked our swim up room on the family section. Very large and comfortable for the 4 of us. The food was lovely in all the restaurants especially the A la carte and we are foodies. My son loved the volleyball. The sky pool was amazing.

“The Best Relaxing Vacation Ever”

We stayed in the Elegance Club Swim Up suite with an outdoor jacuzzi located in the adults-only area. This was the best experience we have had so far. Everything met the highest standards. The suite offered a private swimming pool with direct access to the main pool, high-quality complimentary drinks at the bars, a terrace, and a large, extremely comfortable bed. The resort also featured excellent restaurants, a wide selection of delicious dishes for breakfast and lunch, and engaging evening shows. All of these elements combined to make our vacation truly unforgettable.

The choice of restaurants included in the all inclusive were top notch! So many options especially for dinner! Some* of the staff were great like Ricardo at the pool as entertainer! The rooms were comfortable and good size. The infinity pool in adults only was great spot and the beach was breathtaking!

The service by the staff you interacted with was polite and helpful as much as they could provide. They all performed excellently on their duties. Andreas and one female staff member who also doubled up and was the Mexican Dance entertainer on the Mexican buffet night were awesome. That girl in particular, as she worked that day in the sun +30 degrees by the pools and then I saw her in the evening dancing and entertaining the crowd with still so much energy and enthusiasm to make everyone happy. 10/10. Well done! The beach was beautiful as well. And the food was delicious. Cannot fault the service standards.

I would like to take a few minutes to share the EXCELLENT experience we had at Hotel Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. We have traveled to Cancún on three previous occasions, staying between Playa del Carmen and the Hotel Zone. We keep coming back because we truly love this city—it’s an incredibly beautiful and fun destination, and overall the quality of service and hospitality is top-notch. This time, we decided to book in the Costa Mujeres area, mainly due to its newer infrastructure, focus on comfort, and reduced presence of sargassum on the coast. This trip was a special one—it was our honeymoon, so we chose a hotel that came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. Hotel Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was a perfect choice. The warmth of the staff, the facilities, the beach, the quality of the drinks and food… everything contributed to making it a wonderful experience. Not a single day went by that we didn’t enjoy ourselves—we were cared for down to the last detail. Our assigned butler, Victor, guided us every step of the way. He arranged a romantic dinner on the beach for our special day, which was an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience. He helped us choose the perfect day and time to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. He was attentive to our every need—a true professional in hospitality. The quality of the shows was highly professional and entertaining. We were lucky to be there on the night of the Mexican Show, an immersive experience featuring dancing, music, a trick roping performance, mariachis, and a special shoutout to a singer whose voice was reminiscent of Pedro Infante himself. The food deserves a special mention—some of the best gastronomic experiences we've had at any resort. Highlights include the Japanese restaurant Kabuki and the Argentinian steakhouse "Don Jaume." The quality of the drinks was also above standard, and the service was always friendly and attentive.

“Fun filled family stay”

Liked the beach, pools, children’s activities, games room, fruit and fruit juices plus choice of eating options.

The only tasteful meal we had was at the Bistro Brasserie restaurant for my wife’s birthday dinner which was delicious, worth to note we are foodies and enjoy tasteful food. Eduardo, the day manager and his team at il bataccio restaurant went above and beyond with regard to service. Eduardo arranged my wife’s birthday dinner as well as a special table setup with rose petals for our final dinner at the resort.

“Faulty towers”

Buffet was exceptional and staff were very helpful. The restaurants you have to book aren’t amazing but are an experience. Ask for Celso when booking the spa as he is amazing. Beach is within walking distance.
