The room assigned was originally listed at over $300 for the night. Even with Booking deal this room was over priced. Needs major update. Overall Hotel feels run down. Paid extra for breakfast and that was disappointing. Most trays well picked over with food spilled out on the counters and not readily cleaned up. The selection was poor and cook used her bare hands instead of a spoon to dish out omelette selections. Despite great location, unfortunately will not be returning.

“Ok stay if you need to be in this part of Cancún”
The pool is nice, and the view from the 12th floor's room was beautiful. The location was convenient as I needed to be in that part of town, but in general it is not an interesting part of Cancún (is there even an interesting part of Cancún one wonders)

The beach club access was nice, just make sure you know all the rules and restrictions in beforehand.we decided to take an uber there and back as the complimentary shuttle is available only very early in the morning and are easily fully booked. The beach club itself was nice and you are allowed your own snacks and drinks when spending time on the beach side (which they don't tell you up front). We had to change rooms during our stay and the second room was nice and matched the one seen on Booking photos. The breakfast is good.
