Modern apartment/rooms . Friendly staff and nice location in the city centre

Nice and practical stay, confortable and very clean - vila transformed into a coliving, within a residential area. Reactive and nice staff, big thanks. We stayed for one night, had the upper room with terrace, very nice sunset. Practical location as it's 15min away from airport and city center by Uber.

Great shared spaces that contributed to this being a perfect first night stay after arriving in Cancun. Easy to find, simple self check-in and free parking. Large room with good air-con. Free coffee and fruit appreciated 👍 We didn't meet any staff during our short stay but everything looked well run and as advertised. Thanks for creating a great space! We will be back.

“A great budget option, very comfortable would absolutely stay again if in the area.”

Coliving Humant is the bare bones experience, but for the price you literally cannot get any better. The room was clean and as much as I don't love sharing a bathroom, because there were many bathrooms for not as many rooms, crowding wasn't an issue at all. It was always available when I needed it. Getting in was pretty easy too and it felt safe, I appreciated the lock on the door and the keys readily available. The bed was very comfortable and clean and the air conditioning combined with the fan meant that the room was always at a good temperature. There was a desk in the room as well, which was really useful for my personal use.

The property is a house located in a private road with a large shared kitchen with a lot of utensils and dining space inside and out. It’s a practical place to stay especially if you’re driving to or from the airport.

“Very nice once you get in”

The room I had paid extra for was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The house is cleverly designed to display opulence quietly, which is rare — the slow-closing toilet seat lid, the top quality toilet paper (rare in Mexico hotels), the wind chime in the kitchen, the huge fridge, the free coffee, the huge thick wood staircase, the mix of modern and classic house decor. The Internet worked well. One can cook in the kitchen.

Great value for money, amazing staff and spacious rooms

Big room and very clean. The check in process is very easy. Kitchen fully equipped and organized to allow storage of your own food. Small and cozy courtyard. The place is very bright and relaxing, keeps you isolated from the city. Parking space available. Host is always available and reachable when not on site

Really lovely co-living space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were super friendly, check-in was very flexible, and they even helped arrange an affordable airport pickup (big plus the taxi /uber situation at the airport). Personal favourites: - local recommendations - freshly brewed coffee every morning - fruit always available in the kitchen - shared kitchen that was easy to use and accessible to everyone - homey, relaxed atmosphere
