Placed near the Nichupté lagoon in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Hotel Imperial Laguna Faranda Cancún is only a short distance from Plaza Caracol. Area attractions, including the Cancun Convention Center are located close to Hotel Imperial Laguna Faranda Cancún. “It's okay”

Staff were great, super friendly. Pool was clean and there's a 24 shop around the corner... 10 min walk to the beach, red bus at the corner to go down the strip. Good value.

Excellent value for money, staff were extremely helpful and kind, cleaners were excellent, room was spotless and bed was made fresh every morning. 10 minute walk from the club zone, you can also get a pass for there all inclusive sister hotel jus a ten minute walk away for 15usd once you get a wristband for Dos Playas of reception! Pool area is small but lovely, the negative reviews do not reflect this hotel!

“Meh”
The staff was completely rude, especially José. He greeted us when we arrived and he was completely rude and nasty. Also, the address thats posted on the hotel is not the correct one, is false advertisement. In booking.com they have one address (not the right one) and in their website is a completely different one.
