We loved everything. The people, the room, the food+drinks, the amenities; the entire resort was great. They say they don't have expectations, but this hotel- met and maybe even surpassed our expectations. The restaurants were delicious, including the buffet! Our favourite restaurants were tied for first place- the hibachi and Japanese. Francesco (Pancho) is so talented! You need to experience his hibachi show. The Mediterranean was probably a close second. Drinks were good, the bartenders were great and very accommodating. Shoutout to Diana and Pedro by the pool bar ;) Our housekeeper Edgar went out of his way every time to make sure our room was clean, and beautiful with lovely flower petals, towel designs on our bed and even hand written notes. Thank you <3 Probably the best feature (which by the way, never thought I'd need in a resort ) was the cafe in the lobby. Amazing coffee, and such a nice experience to relax there or in the lobby sipping on some yummy drinks, eating the ice cream or snacking on the pastries. There were a lot of amazing baristas working there but I apologize I don't remember the names :( The people at the front were very pleasant too. Thank you Haven team for everything you did for us! An unforgettable experience.

The property was large in size, with a very nice swim up room (as long as you get the pool view ones), and the concierge team (Israel served us he was exceptional) were very helpful throughout our stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Haven, the hotel is massive and felt quite noisy and busy around the pools during the day but the evenings less so. We had a swim up junior suite tucked away in a quieter area of the hotel which I was grateful for on the slower mornings - the wonderful waiters even tracked us down here for a drinks service. The room is very confortable and the bed is HUGE. There is a quiet pool and a noisy pool but the noisy pool is so noisy you can hear it everywhere! The buffet is extensive and pretty much open all day, and we tried three of the themed restaurants and enjoyed them all. Lot of gluten free options - even a dedicated dessert station - thank you :). I did get served up chicken that wasn't properly cooked but that was a one off! We also treated ourselves to a Spa treatment which was wonderful (if a bit expensive). We had one day trip booked with the guys by the pool (Aquaworld) not the ones in main reception and it was a great day out! Staff on the whole were great, and the hotel is very efficient and well organised.

It exceeded all our expectations. The building is elegant, and the rooms are tidy, comfortable, and feel like home. We had a wonderful time and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge. They fulfilled all our wishes, for which we are especially grateful. The staff were attentive and kind. I can only speak about the entire place in superlatives. We chose a private pool room with a garden view, which was absolutely fantastic. The pool water was pleasantly heated, and there was service right by our private pool. The drinks were also excellent. The price includes full room service as well, which deserves a special 5-star mention. If you're not interested in the typical “hotel circus,” this is the perfect place for you. The à la carte restaurants are exclusive and beautifully presented. Booking dinner with them is simple and convenient. Once again, we are truly grateful for everything. We will gladly spread the good reputation of this hotel, and if we return to Mexico, we will definitely come back. P.S. For our second week, we moved to another hotel—and we regretted it on the very first day. Riu or not, you set the bar incredibly high! :) ❤️

Swim up suite was fabulous. Restaurants were top notch. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Round pool was the best, nice and relaxing. Limes bar great for sunset!

Super clean, lots to do, food was fine, facilities were great. Would come back again. Main pool was a lot - very loud and busy but I spent most of my time at the serenity pool so that was fine. Depends what you prefer!

The resort was wonderful.from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Properly all inclusive, we only paid for a few extras that were clearly additions (Spa and So forth).

The room was absolutely beautiful very clean and comfortable. The beach attached to the resort is stunning with very clean and clear water and comfortable beach cabana that were free to use. Loved the pool and the swim up bars and we met some amazing people at the stage which made our stay worthwhile.
