buffet was good with various options for all breakfast and dinner, staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff around poolside constantly walking around offering drinks and cleaning up all the empties which i good to see. Entertainment team for poolside were great

The food was decent. DO NOT BOOK, find something else. Extremely greedy people. We were several families and came for a wedding, this place was not cheap, When we wanted to borrow a single vase they said 100 euros for renting it. We were in shock how greedy these people were, we spent so much money booking for several families but these greedy people wanted to pinch every penny and take as much as they can.

Resort was very much focused on outside guests and their needs. There were at leats 4 / 5 different weddings held at the resort within the 9 days I was there. Every restaurant half filled but still could not get a booking easily. Lots of areas no go zones due to private functions. Only real positive is the kids clubs which the little one loved!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it’s a large property with plenty of facilities, the check-in experience was very disappointing. The receptionist did not explain anything about the hotel—no details about where to find breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and no information on the amenities. He also didn’t provide a map or any kind of guide. I had to ask multiple questions, but the answers I received were very short and unhelpful. As a result, I ended up feeling completely lost inside the hotel, wasting several minutes each time just to figure out where to go for meals or other services. A hotel of this size should definitely provide clear instructions, a map, or at least a basic orientation at check-in.

Absolutely stunning surroundings. Spacious, and gorgeous to walk around. But if you want a hand to get around the resort you can pick from a golf buggy or boat taxi to take you where you want to go. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well looked after. The beach staff were fabulous and really looked after me. My room was in the main hotel building. I had a suite with 2 double beds. A beautiful hydrotherapy bath and separate rainfall shower. My balcony had amazing views of the water and boat taxi stop. I could see for miles around. The room service was good and staff very attentive. I can't wait to return.

All inclusive. The food in the japanese restaurant was good. The beach is clean as they remove the sea weed (which is a problem in Cancun). They have this Rafael Nadal tennis center which I guess it can be cool, but I wasn't able to visit it as there was a Padel tournament.

One of the worst customer service experiences that I ever had. They booked a cancellation fee of nearly $500 from my banking account, because of an double booking. Any contact to Palladium did not result in the expected result, nobody seems to be responsible.

very spacious, clean, well kept - I like my room especially, it had great bathroom and was big, staff mostly was very helpful, close to the beach, few options for restaurants, thematical which was a great addition to normal all inclusive, few drink bars, generally they do care for you during all stay, everyone speak english, I would recommend the place

Amazing place to stay!

It’s been a nightmare. We wanted to take a short holiday after working from tulum, but the whole experience was just so bad it ruined our whole trip. We were talked into an upgrade when we arrived (which they should have never given us as the room we got shouldn’t be lived at as there is construction going on under it the whole night). We heard super loud hammering in the middle of the night that wouldn’t stop (sleep wasn’t possible) so I had to go downstairs to look where it came from in my pyjamas. They were workers renovating the kitchen at 1:20 am that refused to stop, we called reception 5 times but no one ever came to help. I had to threaten to call the police until they agreed to be more quiet but actual sleep wasn’t really an option. The second night someone started to drill in the middle of the night and we just tried to get through it as no one was helping us again. The manager knew already after the first night what was going on and said he would make them stop, but no one from the team or the manager actually seemed to care at all, all of them knew that room should have never been given to guests. It’s a shame they scammed us into paying 480 dollars extra just for the upgrade on that, we paid around 1800 for 4 nights now with the worst hotel experience we ever had. We know the palladium group and have stayed in several of them, but the service and treatment of the team has never been this bad. You don’t feel like a customer here, more like some annoying burden if you dare to critizise anything. At the end they wanted to offer us 120 (first night of the upgrade costs, not the room itself) if we would sign an NDA and we wouldn’t have been allowed to review. That’s probably what they do to everyone that has a bad experience so we decided to not take this ridiculous offer and the warn others about this hotel. If anything ever goes wrong here you’re completely lost by yourself and will be treated disrespectful. Don’t go here.
